I have master files under an application directory (pmfdata). That application directory is in the app path of the server.

I can use those masters in Dev Studio. However, in PMF - they do not show in the list of available files when attempting to use them to load measures.

???

PMF does not look in PMFdata for masters. That directory could also be refreshed during upgrades. It's a best practice to create a directory specifically for your files (ds_masters) and be sure it's in the path.

Janice is right. PMF will filter out masters in the following folders: mainstreet, pmf[rdbms] (e.g., pmfmss), and pmfdata. It does this so you don't end up with hundreds of masters internal to PMF in your lists.

thanks
