See this blog article for an example of using R for statistical analysis integrated with WebFOCUS. Note that I am not using RStat but instead calling R directly. A nice feature of RStat is to easily let you transform R programs into WebFOCUS user-written subroutines that could be used in code such as DEFINEs and COMPUTEs.
