[CLOSED]Narrative charts server
Hello,

We recently installed the narrative charts server for use with v8206 on Windows Server 2016.
We have had to restart the narrative charts service every morning even though it appears to be running - but charts cannot connect until we restart. Then it seems fine for the remainder of the day.
We are trying to determine why the restart is necessary and how to avoid having to do it every day.

I'm the product manager for Narrative Charts. Please open a tech support case with Information Builders' InfoResponse if you have not already done so. The Narrative Charts server should not require restarting every morning.
