The "Delete Cookies" utility says you should run the utility if you have problems logging on to the site. Okay, but you have to log on to run the utility. Maybe, the utility should be on the logon screen.

The "delete cookies" utility is linked from the faq page. You do not have to be logged on in order to view this page. Where did you try to access the utility that it prompted you to log on? Just curious.

It didn't ask me to log on to use the utility. I didn't find it until after I had logged on to the system.
