rubenibiSuggestion: Rich Formatting Text !!
Yes, many forums are adapting new technologies like a Rich Text Formatting using by example ASP.
This way, you can create a discussion, poll... and while you're writing, you're previewing the post you're making.
No more
[b] [url] [i]
... just, select the text, push the bold button, and wala!! You have now that text in bold style, or while you're writing a url, is converted automatically into a link., the same with paragraphs, lists...
Dunno if is really complex to do or not, only it's a idea
Waiting any answer to this.
Regards from Spain!

<Maryellen>Hi Ruben -- We've submitted similiar formatting requests to the message board software vendor (e.g., spell check, post preview, etc.). Currently, to bolden text wihinin a post you must copy and paste it into the text box when the "B" button above is selected. This can be a little time consuming with the lengthier discussions, but it is a good suggestion to simply select the button and then the written text will be formatted accordingly (same with url's and italics).
Good idea...we'll submit that request asap.
Keep them coming!
