I am trying to use Report Caster to send a PDF result of the created infographic. The infographic runs correctly in InfoAssist. When using Report Caster, the resulting PDF is not correct. This issue does not occur in DEV, but it occurs in UAT. . Besides the different environments, the only difference was that I had to specify the mail server port 587 to send an email. Additional tests included changing the PDF output configurations.
So far, tests have not been successful in the UAT environment. In each of these test cases, running the same test twice may result in various results.
Please help to resolve this issue.
