If you edit a private message does it get resent? I.E. if you don't get a response from a user to a private message and you want to remind them what is the best way?

From my experience, if you make changes to a private post, it is not re-sent via email. You can either re-send/re-reply so the other party receives an email notification, or if changes are made to a private post, the user will see the update message on the next time he/she visit the private topic.
