I am new to Focal Point and to Eve communities in general. Being a newbie, I did some poking around to learn more about the terminology used in this environment, and to take the "read the user's manual" approach over the "Q&A as-needed" approach to learning.

Much of the documentation linked from this page was intended for administrators, and will not be of direct use to the general user community. However, you may all find two particular documents useful:

I'd suggest following the guidelines outlined on this message board first, and take the above as a supplement. The Glossary should be particularly handy for discussion purposes, though.
