Is the application in the domain or procedure app list?

make sure that the domain you're in has the app path explicitly set in its properties.

In MRE Domain Builder, click right on the domain name, click Properties, then check the Application Path checkbox and type in the name of the app where the masters are located.
Don't use the little tool to the right of that box to select multiple apps... just type in multiple app names separated by a space (the little tool creates funky characters that don't work); Now InfoAssist, when run from this Domain will have a default app path and find your master.
