I am using WebFocus version 7.1.3, trying to create an Analytic Dashboard using Developer Studio. The documentation says to insert an ActiveX Control, however when the ActiveX Control dialog box open there are no Visual Discovery components. (there is also no "Show Visual Discovry controls only" check box as stated in the documentation).

I am new to this software so any clues or hints to get me started would be greatly appretiated.

Thanks!

It sounds to me like you are either not licensed for Visual Discovery, OR, your version of developer studio was installed incorrectly.

FYI: Your installation serial number indicates if visual discovery will be installed or not. You might want to call CSS in New York or your local branch for some clarification.

You also need to let us know what release you are running and on what platform.

Please update your profile signature with this information. This will make it easier for us to help you.
