Most likely, if your Distribution List is setup on your Email Server rather than a Distribution List within ReportCaster, the email addresses would be able to be seen within the email.

I haven't tried this but here's what I see in the documentation:
In the Address box, specify the email addresses of the recipients (for example,
chuck_hill@ibi.com for an individual user or #sales@ibi.com for an email server list that
contains multiple email addresses). Be careful typing this information because there is
no edit checking. The maximum number of email addresses you can specify in a
Distribution List is 9999. You can specify a maximum of 800 characters within a single
Address line.

Thanks Efrem.

I was using the distribution list in Reportcaster but I figured it out. I was setting up the email as follow and it wasn't showing email addresses of all within the email

Burst Value Email
blank abc@gmail.com
blank 123@gmail.com

Changed to the following and users can see the emails address

Burst Value Email
blank abc@gmail.com, 123@gmail.com

It doesnt look as organized if you have more then 10 email but oh well.

This can be closed
