OK, I asked this earlier, and got a response from Tamra, suggesting a preprocess via the edasprof. I did that, successfully, except that when a user runs an InfoMini app, NONE of the 3 available variables (FOCFOCEXEC, FOCINCLUDE, or FOCFEXNAME) contain the name of the procedure being run. It works great for regular report FEXes though. I get either ADHOCRQ in FOCFOCEXEC (useless), or the name of the logging procedure itself in FOCFEXNAME and FOCINCLUDE.
She also suggested Resource Analyzer, but my company won't spend the money. Any suggestions?

UPDATE - After researching Focal Point, I found someone's post about the WF_REPOSOBJ table containing last access date and time, and I think I can use that. What we're really after is stuff that's not getting used much, if at all.
