While running a report via a reporting object I get a blank screen after I select report assistant. Is this a Java issue or explorer issue? I am running Internet Explorer 8, java 6.024...I am sucessfully running on a internext explorer 7 same Java version. Any suggestions?

Hi Tracey,

I checked with our technicals again and here is the suggestion: IE 8 wasn’t certified with WebFOCUS until 7.7.x, so you will need to back off the browser or upgrade WebFOCUS. If you are not sure, please open a case with Customer Support Services and have someone look at the problem. To open a case, you may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
