According to the Documentation Reason 1 means

- Unknown Style for PRINTPLUS

If that gives you any clues

Caroline, more details for error 36220:

? 36220
(FOC36220) WARNING: PRINTPLUS DISABLED FOR THIS REPORT, REASON:
REASON: 1 - Unknown Style for PRINTPLUS
 2 - TEXT field detected in FOOTERs/HEADERs
 3 - Insufficient memory
4 - Insufficient space on the report page

The main problem is CPJAVA: Error in processing INIT command for Class ibi.jsflex.IBIRunJSCOMFlex

There are several cases regarding IBIRunJSCOMFlex in Tech Support. The usual solution is to "Increase the Maximum Java Heap Size in the Java Services/JVM settings on the WebFOCUS Reporting Server".

You should login to Tech Support and browse the several troubleshooting solutions that are available.

The PRINTPULS msg is a warning.
Sounds like your WebFOCUS server is either old or not figured correctly for JSCOM and the flex code. Check the servers EDAPRINT log at start up to make sure it is finding jsflex.jar and the two jars under \flex\lib.

Thank you all for your input on this request. I believe this is a server configuration issue, since I don’t have access to make any changes to the server. We are not going to use active report flash/flex option for our reports.

Interesting, from F1:
Note: PRINTPLUS is not supported for StyleSheets. A warning message is generated in this case.
