I have a compound report and depending on the prompt entered, it can possibly fit on one page or may spill over to multiple pages.

I have set relative positioning to have subtotals and grand totals appear just under the main body of the table.

So, the issue is, If the report spills over to multiple pages, the subtotals and grand totals are positioned correctly, but if I enter a prompt value that would only produce one page, there seems to be plenty of room at the bottom of the page to put the subtotals and grand totals, but the report puts them at the top of the next page.

Can anyone help?

BTW, the margins are set so that the table ends on the page at the correct position.

Hi Ted,

Glad to see the question is resolved, would you mind posting the final solution here? It could be kept for future reference as well. Thank you in advance for sharing.

Cheers,

Kerry

DATE/MDY = &TODAY;
DATE2/MDY = DATEMOV(DATE, 'BOM');
DATE3/A9 = DATETRAN(DATE2, '(DMY)', '(dt-)', 'EN', 9, 'A9');
