Wondering if anyone has successfully built a form letter with InfoAssist. I think I just need some guidance getting started, or even a pointer to some documentation. thanks!

Create a report with all the sort fields required to generate the unique records you need. Right click the fields and hide them. Place a page break on the sort fields so you generate on page per record. Then add a page heading with the text of the form letter and embed the fields you want in the text using the

  <FIELDNAME  

syntax.
