whenever i am trying to access BI dashboard, it is giving http 500 error ..in error log i could see it's not load content from worp_user folder .

when i verified worp user folder , it is missing content.xml, it should be automatically create when user logged into the dashboard. what might be the issue to miss the file .

Check mpv.xml file located under : ..\ibi\WebFOCUS76\worp\conf
Under the MPV.xml file there is (3) sections: which contains the Public View information, which contains the Group View information and the which contains all the users that have logged into the Dashboard and have a worp_user folder.

Check personal.xml file located under: \ibi\WebFOCUS76\worp\worp_user\public\personal.xml & it shouldn't empty

Try to copy xml's from Production or others and check.

Make sure, you need to stop & start application server, clear the caches/browser caches as well.
