Can anyone tell me how to count number of records through Report Painter.

What I am looking for is

Loc Number of SSN
900 1000 Records

Any help is appreciated

Hi,
Select the column(SSN) in the Report Painter window.
Select the Prefix Operator pull-down list in the General toolbar.
or
Right-click the column and select Options from the shortcut menu to open the Field
Properties General tab opens.
Select an operator CNT from the drop down list.

What it does is it counts the number of occurences of SSN's by Location(900).
