Need to send to excel a column like =HYPERLINK("#Detail!A833","CIN") from webfocus, to work as an Excel function.

for example:

DEFINE FILE CAR
BODYLABEL/A70='=HYPERLINK("#' || BODYTYPE || '!A1","' || BODYTYPE || '")' ;
END

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT BODYLABEL AS 'BODYTYPE'
CAR MODEL SEATS
BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,FONT='TIMES NEW ROMAN',SIZE=10,COLOR='BLACK',STYLE=NORMAL,GRID=OFF,$
TYPE=REPORT,COLUMN=P1,WRAP=1.20,$
END

This passes BODYLABEL as a text value instead of an Excel Function

Thanks
but do you have sample code, because it should drilldown to a excel workbook not to another file.

I was attempting to provide you a drill down sample but the excel hyperlink just displayed as text and didn't show as a hyperlink just as it does in the report you created. If you are still having a problem please open a case with techsupport.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
