Hi,

I want to know if any one out there are running their reporting server on Z/OS USS and MRE client on W2K server. We seem to have severe performance problems, we are running MRE on a 3.2 GZ single processor W2K server with IIS 6.0 and servlet exec.

Can you please adivse with the configuration that you guys have and the number of users you are running.

Thanks.

Our reporting serving is sitting on an OpenVMS and MRE on Win2K with IIS 5... we had the same issues the first time by taking default settings (had 2 EDASRV processes). After we increased our EDASRV processes on the server side, the problem went away. We have about 1000+ users in our shop.

You may have to look at the documentation on how to increase your EDASRV processes for your OS.

Is your windows server using single or multiple processors?.

Also what do you mean by number of EDASRV, Does it mean the number of agents on iWay reporting servers?.

Thanks.

Yes, the agents. our production is multi processor while our test environment is single. test environment works fine for 25 developers or so.
