I keep getting this error when trying to send my report via report caster to an FTP site.

BTP1010 Starting worker thread
BTP1020 Starting task: TELEVOX FEED
BTP1020 Task type: MR Standard Report
BTP1020 Retrieving MR report: app/televox
BTP1020 Connecting to server EDASERVE with execution id LOgle
BTP1020 Executing focexec.
BTP1020 Task finished.
BTP1010 Retrieving distribution list from repository
BTP1010 unable to distribute to
BTP1010 Not logged in

the last line - "Not logged in" is the answer.
If the IP address were wrong, you would get a "host unreachable". But you are getting to the host but unable to log in. so you
1. have a bad user id
2. have a bad password
3. are trying to log in to a server with restriced (e.g. by IP) access

Try a native FTP session (from the ReportCaster server machine as well, if possible) using the credentials you are using in your RC job. You'll probably get the same error. Then fix whichever of the above three causes the login problem.
