[SOLVED] Troubles with &VAR in heading when using GUI and parameter is '_FOC_NULL'

I've searched the Forum and found a couple of examples where Dialogue Manager was used to control what prints in the heading of the report when a parameter is passed as '_FOC_NULL'. I want to be able to do this using report painter.
If I select and orginization I would like the orginization to show in the heading and if I select 'All' I would like the word 'ALL' to show in the heading.
I have included the sample code, which I thought would work however I get the following message:

0 ERROR AT OR NEAR LINE 4 IN PROCEDURE ADHOCRQ FOCEXEC *
(FOC32535) INVALID _FOC_NULL USAGE
(FOC009) INCOMPLETE REQUEST STATEMENT
BYPASSING TO END OF COMMAND

Here's the code:

TABLE FILE VIEW_ARSUMMARY
PRINT
COMPUTE ORG_SELECTION/A7 = IF '&ORG.EVAL' EQ '_FOC_NULL' THEN 'ALL' ELSE VIEW_ARSUMMARY.ARSUMMARY.ORG; NOPRINT
BY LOWEST VIEW_ARSUMMARY.ARSUMMARY.ORG
BY LOWEST VIEW_ARSUMMARY.ARSUMMARY.DEPARTMENT
HEADING
"Origanization: " "
WHERE ( VIEW_ARSUMMARY.ARSUMMARY.ORG EQ '&ORG.(,,).ORG:.' );
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM NOLEAD
ON TABLE NOTOTAL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT HTML
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
INCLUDE = IBFS:/EDA/EDASERVE/_EDAHOME/ETC/endeflt.sty,
$
ENDSTYLE
END

Has anyone done something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Interestingly, the error is not triggered in a DEFINE:

-DEFAULT &ORG = '_FOC_NULL';
DEFINE FILE CAR
ORG_SELECTION/A50 = IF '&ORG' EQ '_FOC_NULL' THEN 'ALL' ELSE COUNTRY | CAR ;
END
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM

SALES
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR

HEADING
"<ORG_SELECTION"
END
-RUN

Using the DEFINE will solve my problem.

Thank You Francis

And obviously there is also the Dialogue Manager approach as an alternative:

-SET &ORG_SELECTION =
- IF &ORG EQ '_FOC_NULL' THEN 'ALL' ELSE
- '<VIEW_ARSUMMARY.ARSUMMARY.ORG' ;
.
.
.

HEADING
"Organization: &ORG_SELECTION
