Hi Folks,

We recently moved our UAT/QA environment to 8207. I'm pretty excited to start using Designer, I hope it lives up to the hype.

I found that all my maps are fubared. They aren't working right at all. And they all have different problems. So I decided to create new Designer maps from scratch using Designer.

I would like to add two layers to a map. I guess two series is more accurate. Is that possible? The interface once you render the map has a section where you can turn on and off layers (right now it only has the one layer), so that suggests it can be done, but I don't see how to add a second layer in Designer. The Designer interface only allows me to add one point field at a time.

I copied and pasted the code below (I took out some code to keep it simpler). I didn't bother creating a sample using the car masterfile 'cause I need coordinates to drop on a map. I hope you folks can make sense of it anyhow.

The second BY statement has the coordinates for the other layer I want to display (it is commented out below).

Not sure how many people are on 8.2.07 so if you haven't figured this out please open a case with techsupport and report it as a problem.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
