I have a user that wants a new distribution list of a few hundred codes/emails. Is there a way to import a file or does it have to be keyed manually?

Hi,

You could use the DSTBULK API (not in WF8 yet). I think there is an RC API manual that documents it.

Another option would be to just leave it as a "file" on disk, and then point to the file - this is a standard option for distribution lists in RC.(See Creating an External Distribution File section in RC User manual)

For the two above, the file/data that you reference will need to be formatted in a specific way.

or ... but probably not recommended ... you could possibly investigate updating the BOTDEST table directly.
