Currently I have my webserver with Security=ON but I have users that only need generate reports but my problem is that when users try to generate a report need credentials in order to gain access to webserver.

What I need to do in order to users gain access without authentication?

You meant, WebFOCUS Reporting Server, right?

If so,
1.From the server’s Access Control tab, right-click security providers(for instance PTH) Groups-->New
2.In the PTH Group field enter Administrators (including the uppercase “A”) so it will match the spelling of the WebFOCUS Administrators group and then click the Add button. (instead of users, its better to do it for groups)
3.On the left pane underneath Access Control > Roles, right-click the Server Administrator role and select Register Group.

Now, goto admin console,
1.In the Security section, select Trusted > WebFOCUS script variable and enter IBIMR_user..
2.Select Configuration > Application Settings > Security.
3.Change the value of IBI_WFRS_Passthrough_Groups from NONE to ALL
