[SOLVED] Why AS automatically changing Report

WHenever i go into text editor and say COUNT (as seen below), if i run the report, it is correct. however, the next time i open the report in the GUI, AS will replace "COUNT" with "PRINT" and i lose the functionality of the count. Should i be doing something different so that AS doenst always change my report when i open it ?

COUNT is not a valid syntax in Focus. Should be

or

I just reproduced this issue in AS 8105M, that looks like a bug to me. I suggest you open a support call.

I thought that it was one of the code tightening made by AS reason why AS was changing the COUNT to PRINT to have a valid verb and keep the report working.
But yes, according to doc it seems to be a bug...

I ran across this long ago. COUNT is valid, executable syntax. It's the editor that is misguided -- aware of the legacy syntax, but mistaken in how to map it to a currently-approved equivalent.

Just change 
  COUNT x as '...'
to 
  SUM 
    CNT.x as '...'
and move on.

Interestingly, InfoAssist+ doesn't have this problem. I can switch from SUM to PRINT, COUNT and LIST with no problems and the code generated is COUNT fieldname not SUM CNT.fieldname.

While I agree that AS is at fault, I also agree with Jack, switch to SUM CNT. and move on.
