Can we Format the Widget Titles pulled in to a Collaborative Portal in 8202 Gen 60?

While editing the port just select the widget (panel etc) and click on the styling menu option. I was able to customize it with 8203.

The method Chuck mentioned works in 8009 and above.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work in "a Collaborative Portal in 8202 Gen 60", at least on our site now. I selected "the widget (panel etc) and click on the styling menu option." and did an edit on the widget title (where you can change the text to something else), and selected the text, and changed the font color to USA Flag Blue (0 40 104), saved the portal, opened the portal, and that title was still gray (127 127 127) Frowner I do see the '0 40 104' value in the font color of that widget when I subsequently edit it, however, it's not applied to the title when I Run the portal.
