Hi,

I am using PowerPoint 2003 and I am trying to make a report using the Visual Discovery controls that come with Web Focus 7.6.10.

I can add the controls without problems, in presentation mode, I right click the component and have the properties window. Select a file with data, configure the fields I want to use, and all is OK.

When I return to design mode in PowerPoint, my configuration is lost and I can not save my report and have it again as I configured it.

Thanks with nany help on this.

Hi Raul,

I consulted with our technicals and was suggested that this issue should be reported via a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services, as we do not see any reported issues for this and will need further research. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,

Kerry
