'My Views' is the default domain , /untitled.
you can stop the users from seeing the entire view menu completely. I do that (controlling their view access by a menu of links). But all my users go to the default 'untitled' domain by default.
If your users enter to a certain other domain by default and you don't give them access to the domain named 'untitled', then 'My Views' would probably not show up. i have never done that (nor would i), but it might be worth a try.
