Hi kasha,

I am checking with internal people on this one. Can you please let us know what platform you are on? For UNIX, FOCUS versions are 6/85, 6/92 and 6/94, no 6/93.

Thank you in advance for clarifying and sharing with all. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry

Back when we were using FOCUS for HP/UX, this was the connect statement we used where ora_userid was a valid oracle user id and 'password' was that password for the oracle user. KIDS was the name of the entry in the tnsnames.ora file for the database.

!sqlora CONNECT USER ora_userid PASSWORD password
SERVER KIDS
HOME /opt/oracle
END
-RUN

In FOCUS since 1985. Prod WF 8.0.08 (z90/Suse Linux) DB (Oracle 11g), Self Serv, Report Caster, WebServer Intel/Linux.
