We had an IBI Admin who recently left the company. Some of the Report Caster jobs were setup with the Service account. Other jobs were not and now they are failing and I need to get them changed. Is there a way to determine all of the jobs setup with her? And to change them to the service account?

If you run Report Caster Explorer, you can list all the jobs that are scheduled and sort by Owner.

You can also perform global updates from the Report Caster Status console. https://webfocusinfocenter.inf...e/rc_rcconsole26.htm

Under the Global Update I am seeing a lot of options, but not one that is specifically saying user. Do you know which option I would need?
