You can actually,

but you have to do some calculations yourself. ( like size and color ).

TABLE FILE CAR
	SUM SALES
		COMPUTE SIZE/D8 = PCT.SALES;
		COMPUTE RED/I3 = PCT.SALES * 3;
		COMPUTE GREEN/I3 = 100 - RED;
	BY	COUNTRY
	BY	CAR
ON TABLE HOLD AS X
ON TABLE SET ASNAMES ON
END

TABLE FILE X
	SUM COMPUTE BALL/A500 MISSING ON = '<SVG WIDTH="100px" HEIGHT="100px"><circle cx="50" cy="50" r="' | EDIT(SIZE) | '" fill="rgb(' | EDIT(RED) | '%,' | EDIT(GREEN) | '%,0%)" /></SVG>';
	BY	COUNTRY
	ACROSS CAR
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT HTML
END

Maran,

You might also be able to create that with SVG.

rectangle with gradient and unfilled circles with text?
