Hi,
We are facing a weired jdbc connection leak.
Whenever a reportcaster schedule (which sends the output to library) runs, somehow it is firing the same sql over and over and creating 300+ jdbc connections and those never gets colsed and bringing the server down. Please advise if anybody faced this issue. Every thing was working fine until last week. The report caster schedule has been running fine since 2 moths with no issues.
In the schedule log it shows an error:
Unable to retrieve email addresses for library users
Below is the sql it fires when the schedule runs
SELECT A.USERID,
A.PASSWORD,
A.LOGINNAME,
A.USERNAME,
A.EMAIL,
A.ROLEID,
A.PROPERTIES,
A.ISACTIVE
FROM IBI_ADMIN.WF_MRUSERS A, IBI_ADMIN.WF_MRROLES B
WHERE A.ROLEID = B.ROLEID AND B.ROLEFLAG = 'admin'
UNION
SELECT DISTINCT A.USERID,
A.PASSWORD,
A.LOGINNAME,
A.USERNAME,
A.EMAIL,
A.ROLEID,
A.PROPERTIES,
A.ISACTIVE
FROM IBI_ADMIN.WF_MRUSERS A,
IBI_ADMIN.WF_USRGRPTB B,
IBI_ADMIN.WF_GRPDOMTB C
WHERE A.USERID = B.USERID AND B.GROUPID = C.GROUPID AND C.DOMAINID = :1

Thanks,
DD

Thanks Alot Kevin. Would you Please tell me which version got you this error. We are on 7.6.10. They are asking us to install Hotfix 6 which needs huge regression testing for us.
We really appreciate if you provide any of your case# or bug# or reference# sothat we can ask IBI for that Rcaster.jar file.
Thank You Verymuh!!!
