If a field in an oracle database has newlines and using a query analyzer tool exports it to a text file with the newlines. Is there a way to get WebFocus to also follow the newline rules in the following:

FOOTING
" "
"Meeting Location Information:"
" "
"MEETING_INFO "

The MEETING_INFO is a field that is in a SQL-PASSTHRU. Is there something I can do to force the FOOTING to adhere to newlines?

I am hoping this is a simple question, I am feeling quite dumb today!

I may be playing dumb too, but what does "newlines" mean? Something specific to Oracle or SQL?

When you say new lines, do you mean 'carriage return line feed' characters? I don't know, and I'm assuming the MEETING_INFO is the field and you should have an "<" less than spot marker before it? Have you tried it?

I did some work on getting line feeds to be carried through to the output in this link
It may help.
