Leap Day
We just discovered that any report with a Calendar Control Icon does not default to the correct day and year today. Depending on the settings...it defaults back - for instance this particular one was set for 15 year back - 15 years forward...calendardata="0/0/-15;0/0/15
So it is defaulting to March 1993.
If you have one...give it a try. We are opening a case with IBI...Guess they have 4 years to fix it. Big Grin I'm wondering it matters which version you are on...

Give me code, or give me retirement. In FOCUS since 1991

Production: WF 7.7.05M, Dev Studio, BID, MRE, WebSphere, DB2 / Test: WF 8.1.05M, App Studio, BI Portal, Report Caster, jQuery, HighCharts, Apache Tomcat, MS SQL Server
Leah was that in 5.3.6 or 7.6.4?

Yes we are closing our eyes....

Well IMO this should be ok!
15 years back and forward from today can not end on a 29 of feb.

16 year would do it. (or 12)

Frank

prod: WF 7.6.10 platform Windows,
databases: msSQL2000, msSQL2005, RMS, Oracle, Sybase,IE7
test: WF 7.6.10 on the same platform and databases,IE7

Got this on the batch (caster) run this morning.

INVALID DATE CONSTANT: ;
    BTP1020         INCOMPLETE REQUEST STATEMENT
    BTP1020         UNRECOGNIZED COMMAND WHERE ACCOUNT_DATE LE  29/02/2008 ;
    BTP1020 UNRECOGNIZED COMMAND ON TABLE HOLD AS 2YRSCHEDA FORMAT ALPHA

Note caster log gobbles up single quotes (why?) and the actual code was

WHERE ACCOUNT_DATE LE '29/02/2008' ;

We tried to reproduce and I agree its 4 years in the future, but it might be part of the same problem hence I am posting.

Server: WF 7.6.2 ( BID/Rcaster) Platform: W2003Server/IIS6/Tomcat/SQL Server repository Adapters: SQL Server 2000/Oracle 9.2
Desktop: Dev Studio 765/XP/Office 2003 Applications: IFS/Jobscope/Maximo
Frank....great thought...go guess the WebFocus Calendar Control should default to

0/0/-12;0/0/12 instead of

0/0/-10;0/0/10

hmmmmm

Yes, but there will occur a new "centennial" problem in the year 2112....

2112....Welllll if the world is still ticking then...and they are on WebFocus version 250.2.3.6
Maybe it will be considered...
