Under the Data Servers/EDASERVE/Applications folder I can not see the appropriate app folders. I have this problem in Developer Studio and the MRE. When I go to the applications folder in MRE it shows a blank screen. In Developer studio it shows a blank screen now, but that was before I took out # IBIF_adhocfex(protect) AND # IBIF_raw(protect) settings. Before I was receiving the “(WFC 32033) Error Occurred, RC=32033” error message. We recently tested our disaster recovery site and since then this has occurred. To accommodate the DR test I had to update the connection datasources for a few adapters, but I wouldn't think that would cause this issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Skyler,

Where did you make the change for IBIF_adhocfex(protect) AND # IBIF_raw(protect) settings? Make sure you have Data Server checked for the user under User Management Console.

I made my change in the WF Admin Console setting in the Configuration/custom settings folder. The dataservers option is automatically checked for all users.

Skyler,

What is your platform? Have directory permissions changed?

Our Admins say the directory permissions have not changed. Win 2003 R2 service pack 2.

When it gets to the blank MRE screen I can view source of the page and it has some strange code. It looks like it is trying to access a temporary XML file.

<script Language="JavaScript">< !--function getrep[) { if[parseInt[window.navigator.appVersion,10)<4)
location.assign("http://webfocusqa/ibi_apps/WFServlet?PG_REQTYPE=REDIRECT&PG_MRsaved=false&PG_Func=GETBINARY&PG_File=drrxxwud.xml");
else location.replace("http://webfocusqa/ibi_apps/WFServlet?PG_REQTYPE=REDIRECT&PG_MRsaved=false&PG_Func=GETBINARY&PG_File=drrxxwud.xml"); } //-->

Check the location of the approot alias in the http server to make sure that it is pointing to ...\ibi\apps.

It would be really helpful if you updated your signature with your platform.
