Hi,

I have two bursting questions here. Firstly, can one add multiple burst values to one email address without having to have a new line per burst value?
Secondly, is there a way to combine the resulting burst reports into one report per recipient - currently one person may need 3 burst values associated with them, so they receive 3 seperate reports, but would prefer that data in one consolidated report?

Thanks,

Jinx.

Jinx,

Please read the RC Admin or Users manual, distribution section. These questions are all answered there. You can download these manuals by clicking on the doc library link in the upper right corner of this page.

Yeah, I looked there but unfortunately my question was not answered. Seems perhaps that what i want is not possible.
Thanks anyway.

While the documentation doesn't specifically say that you can't do this, the examples show that each burst value must exists on its own line. If you want a single recipient to receive multiple burst sections, their addresses must be included on each burst value they should receive.

You can, however, send a single burst value to multiple recipients by including all addresses on that burst value line, separated by a semicolon. I gues the doc says comma or semicolon.) If you have configured RC correctly, all burst sections for a single address will be sent together in the same email, but not necessarily in the same report (in the case of PDF attachments, each burst section is its own seaparate attachment.)

Regards,

Darin
