Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to pass the contents of a field in a given stack to javascript.
I want to dynamically change which radio button is checked using the contents of a field in a stack and I'm not sure how to accomplish this. any advice would be appreciated.

Bryan

For radio buttons, I think I usually populate from a stack, say a Stack of A12.

Then if the setting of another field signifies which one is to be checked, I set FocIndex in the stack that populates the radio buttons.
.
.
Declare radioStack/Stack of a12;
.
.
radioStack(1)='Option1';
radioStack(2)='Option2';
radioStack(3)='Option3';
.
.
If value expression then radioStack.FocIndex = 1; else...
.
.

If you really want to pass a value down to js, place it in a hidden field, and access that field in the js.
