Hi All,

Does anyone accessed charts with drilldown option from smart devices via Mobile Favs app? We are facing an issue where the drill functionality is not working when accessed via Mobile Favs.

We used javascript in various levels of the charts. I see that the click event might be failing on the smart devices.

Any suggestions?

If anyone worked on using Mobile Favs can you confirm if the drilldown feature works on charts that are accessed on the smart device via Mobile Favs?

Hello Rao,

Unfortunately there is a known issue regarding drilldowns in charts on mobile. This is currently being examined by our programmers, but in the meantime I am afraid the feature does not work correctly.
