Within a Synonym I have a column created that builds a hyperlink to an external system. The goal is that we can include this column in a published reporting object for the end users to use, so when they use it there output will allow them to go direct to the external system.
Here is an example of the define in the synonym.

The problem we are seeing is that when you pull this column into a report it encoding all of the html characters into other characters.
