Hi,

I have a question regarding the Report bursting using report caster. Let's say I need to schedule reports for 3 users, User 1 should receive 5 reports and User 2 should receive 10 and User 3 should receive 20 reports. Is there a way to automate that using a report caster schedule.

Regards
BI DEV

Not sure to fully understand your question but if you mean reports from different fex it is possible.

1- You must have a distribution list defined having have each possible user's email and burst value defined. This distribution list will be used in RC as in the distribution method.
2- Defined as many Tasks as you need. One per report and be sure to have Burst Report option checked for each
3- Each report must have its first BY field (could be BY field NOPRINT) matching the bursting code used in the distribution list

For each existing bursting value, a report will be distributed to the matching user.

Should not be more difficult than that.
