From tech support site I found these instructions helpful:

Steps to remove change management.

1. Login as an admin.

2. Access the security center and click Roles.

3. Edit the role to remove the Change Management permission from. For example DomainBasicUser, DomainAdvancedUser, etc.

4. In the Application Development section, uncheck Resource Export.

5. In the Administration section, uncheck Resource Import.

Hello TexasStingray,

I believe the document you are referring to is our Security and Administration Manual which contains information on Change Management utilities as well as how to manage permissions.

To asnwer your specific question, you can right-click on the Export folder in the Bi Portal Resource Tree, then choose 'Security' and change the settings for that developer group to permit or deny run access.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks,
Emily McAllister
