We are restricting the access to the master files which are being exposed to the users. That is, depending upon the entitlement to the users the master file will me made available to them.
We checked with the IBI about the Data Source Security.
We are asked to mention the DBANAME and the password. Actually what does DBA mean? I am launching Info Assist from the dashboard with a user ID.
But I am not sure what dbaname means in this scenario. Do we need to create any ID for this?

Thanks
Priya.

You may have stumbled into Data Source Security. Look up "ACCESS Attribute" in your help file and do a bit of reading on how to restrict access to master files. It discusses DBAs in there, it also discusses USERs. I have not done any detailed work with it so I can't provide much more guidance than that, but if the stuff above looks new to you it's likely a good place to start learning.
