Are you sending this file to SFTP? What Version/Gen of WebFOCUS are you using? Has this schedule ever worked in the past or is it new? Does emailing a job work?

Hi Babak, Yes we use SFTP to transfer the files. We use webfocus 8.1 version and it was working in the past. Thanks

What kind of authentication do you use?
Perhaps a expired certificate or changed password?
You should consider opening a support ticket with IB tech support. They're going to ask you for traces and log files for the schedule that fails and help you isolate the issue more effectively than we can. I have a feeling this might well have to do with your FTP server and/or password changes like Frans suggests. If that's the case, you'll need to reach out to your FTP admin folks to see if they can look on their side to find out what's changed and why a schedule that worked in the past stopped.
