Good day,
Does anyone know how to hide the 'Reporting Servers' option on the BI portal resource tree?
I've looked at security, admin settings, and searched this forum.
I've seen an example where this option is hidden but I do not know how it was done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

From BIP designer, in the layout area if you add the "Resource Tree", click on the word "Content" of the Tree (the root) and you will then be able to uncheck what you don't want to be displayed (look at bottom of the screen from the properties area).

Do you need to hide from Landing Page? or from BIP Portal?

If its BIP, then follow MartinY's post.
If you want to hide in landing page, then login as admin. Goto Security Center. Create new role to hide EDA Resource. Add this role to groups which do not want to see them. Make it enable.

Thanks,
Ram
