Hi I'm hoping that someone can help me a problem. I'm writing a report that store sales by district by day (day being Yesterday, Week to Date, Month To Date, Season to Date and Year to Date) The below code works great is my "Day" is a BY field however the requirement is to have the Day field go across. However when I set Day to Across I can not maintain the correct subfoot numbers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cathy, Please simplify this by providing a sample using one of IBs sample files.

Thank you doug. Instead of doing the double sum
I included the columns as noprints and did a recap on those particular columns and aligned using subhead. And got the correct numbers with the across fields.
