Hi All,

We have a business need where we need to have drop downs with check boxes such that the user can select one/multiple options from the dropdowns using the check boxes. We do not want to use a list box. How do we accomplish this? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
We are using Appstudio 8.09

This can easily be done with jQuery and a plugin called SumoSelect.

If you wish, you can build your HTML page using the GUI, add a listbox, then apply the jQuery SumoSelect plugin using JavaScript.

Heard from a IB sales guy that they are developing a Responsive Design Framework which can be incorporated with App Studio development.. Where all these things are provided - to make the dashboards Tablet/Mobile friendly.

Check box inside dropdowns, Changing the layout when tablet is turned or switched between portrait - Landscape etc. Not sure how soon it will be ready to use...

Thanks,

Ramkumar.

function window_onload() {
$('.listbox1').SumoSelect({placeholder: 'This is a placeholder'});
UpdateData();
// TODO: Add your event handler code here
//add onInitialUpdate() function to make changes before initial run of the reports
}
//End function window_onload

Thanks a bunch!
