i want to insert datasets into an sql server table uising an htnl form. is there perhaps a small cookbook or someting else for this goal??

Cookbook, I am not aware of, but there is probably enough information in this forum to help.

I would suggest searching for HTML FORM and MODIFY/MAINTAIN or SQL and INSERT
