Hi All:

Have several data columns with $ Values.. I know individually I can color it based on the value.. BUT
is there a way to specify at the DATA level to display any negative number in different color, for example RED..

ok, if you are willing to xlate your data item from numeric to alpha (use FPRINT for max control), then you can DEFINE a text variable that contains the font color tag surrounding the FPRINTed value.

There are 3 types of identifiers to refer a column.. P,N,C

Susannah I have 12 Mons Buckets + total column for 30 rows..
Rifaz, Thanks Tried your approach it works fine but my currency fields are mentioned in subheads
