Hi,

How can we add "ALL" option in the dynamic dropdown list. I have three chained dropdown prompts where I would like to display "ALL" in all the prompts.

Please suggest.

Thank you,
Priya.

All option will be added by default if you are using "PROMPT" command

ex:-
-PROMPT &VARIABLE.(OR(VAL1,VAL2,VAL3)).Variable

In the HTML composer from the properties menu of that particular dropdown you can add ALL option.

And to add to what Rao D has already taught you, you can change the text that displays , eg "ALL" can display as "All things bright and beautiful"...
In the HTML Composer, from the properties menu, right next to the check box for the ALL option, where the work 'ALL' displays, overwrite that with whatever you like.

RAO - I tried what you advised Haripriya

-PROMPT &YEAR. (OR(<2012,2012>,<2013,2013>,<2014,2014>,<2015,2015>,<2016,2016>,<2017,2017>,<2018,2018>,<2019,2019>,<2020,2020>)). Select Year.

BUT I am getting this error:
(FOC257) MISSING QUOTE MARKS: '2020''
(FOC009) INCOMPLETE REQUEST STATEMENT

How will I resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance.
